Lots of delicious news this week!
First up, what do bicycles and breakfast have in common?
Cycling Solutions in Newburgh has expanded and added a full café!
The newly minted La Forêt Café boasts an all vegan-vegetarian menu with breakfasts, salads, sandwiches and more.
Their emphasis is on fresh, healthy, organic fare.
For their original fans, they’ll still have their fabulous coffee, smoothies and muffins.
Owensboro got a new bakery and café last week, and it’s Greek (I rhymed…)!
Niko’s bakery has daily specials like Leek Pita and Caprese Kalouri alongside some more traditional fare like a Ham and Cheese Baguette.
And it is a bakery, so they offer sweet treats like croissants and chocolate covered scones.
And you can even order your soup, salad or breakfast sandwich online!
And for all of you food truck fanatics like me…you’re about to be super happy…
Food Trucks at the Farm is back and in full swing!
Every Wednesday night, now until late September, find all of your favorite food trucks out at Farm 57.
This is a free event, but you do have to pay for your food…
They offer a full cash bar inside…and pay attention to their Facebook page to find out if they’re breaking out the water slide!
And the place that features southwestern food with a twist, Moe’s Southwest Grill will be opening a west side location in Evansville.
This will be the second location for the burritos, quesadillas, and tacos chain in Evansville.
The west side Moe’s will be located at 5501 Pearl Drive.
That’s what’s new and now in the foodie world, wasn’t that the most delicious news you’ve heard today?
