COVID-19 Cases Exceed 1K in Kentucky; Death Toll at 59

The Kentucky Department for Public Health has released new information surrounding the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic in the state.

As of April 6, the number of positive coronavirus cases has reached 1,008.  So far, only 59 people have died from the illness.

Overall, the state health department has tested 19,955 people statewide.
