Andrew Macpherson of Evansville is in the Vanderburgh County Jail for drunk driving.
He was booked last night around 9:00 P.M.
Officers say his blood alcohol level exceeded the legal limit.
He is being held without bond and faces drunk driving and resisting arrest charges.
