A deadly shooting at a naval base in Pensacola, Florida leaves four people dead and multiple others injured.
Authorities identified the gunman as Mohammed Saeed Alshamrani, a member of the Saudi Air Force and an aviation student at the base. He is confirmed to be dead.
Eight patients were reportedly sent to the hospital, but their conditions are unknown at this time.
This is the second shooting to occur on a U.S. Navy base this week. On December 4, an active-duty sailor opened fire at a U.S. Navy shipyard at Joint Base Pearl Habor-Hackam in Hawaii, killing two civilian employees and injuring a third before taking his own life.
The gunman in that shooting was identified as 22-year-old Gabriel Romero.
