The winners of a marketing challenge for the Evansville Regional Airport have been announced. University of Southern Indiana students Logan Hartman (Marketing and Management), Emily Tedder (Math), and Sarah Jaeger (Business Administration) won the competition which kicked off in October. The first place winners were also awarded $500. Students were challenged to develop an original marketing campaign to capture more of the air travel market for Evansville Regional.
However, the Evansville Regional Airport says the entries were so good it will be awarding at least two internships as a result of the competition. Those have not been determined.
The second place winner was Jeremy Seibert (Economics) and third place winners are USI students Joshua Beiriger (Accounting and Finance), Ryan Loehrlein (Mechanical Engineering and Finance), and Brie Phillips (Marketing). Officials say EVV will be awarding at least two internships as a result of the competition.
