Walmart is using technology to make returning items a breeze.
Starting in November, customers can start the return process on the retailer’s mobile app.
Then, all they’ll have to go is finish the return at an in-store mobile express lane.
This new, streamlined process will apply to items sold and shipped by Walmart.com.
The store is also working on a similar returns process that will apply to items sold by third party sellers through the Walmart website.
