We have already seen multiple inches of rain in some areas, and we have a slight break in the rain for today. Flood warnings along rivers and flood watches remain in effect through the weekend, as multiple rounds of rain will make their way through the Tri-State area. We can see an additional 3- 7 inches, with 7″ being on the higher end of the rainfall amounts.
We see temps in the upper 40s and low 50s for today, and by Saturday see upper 60s for our highs.
The next batch of rain will work it’s way into the Tri-State area tonight, and we will see round after round of rain. Multiple rounds of rain will increase the flood risk along small streams, creeks and low lying areas. Always remember to turn around, don’t drown.
Saturday we have the potential for severe weather. With the possibility of more widespread severe outbreaks in our southern counties.
