A government magazine says the gubernatorial race in Indiana is a toss-up.
Governing magazine previously showed the state leaning toward re-electing Mike Pence.
However, the magazine says Pence hasn’t rebounded from last year’s attempt at passing religious freedom law the spawned backlash from Democrats and the LGBT community.
Governing also says Pence’s main opponent, former state House Speaker John Gregg, raised $2 million, despite not being considered a great campaigner.
Gregg lost to Pence in a close election in 2012.
