The holidays are supposed to be a joyous time when families gather together to celebrate, but if you’re prone to anxiety they can be downright overwhelming.
Some of the top holiday stressors include ‘I can’t get it all done’, ‘I can’t afford this’, ‘This isn’t how I thought it would be’, ‘I’m lonely, and I’m exhausted’.
The gifts, the parties, the baking, family or even the absence of these things can make the season stressful, chaotic, or just plain lonely.
