Construction is underway for a housing complex at Frontier Community College. Our media partner at WFIW reports Kieffer Development has started construction on a third housing unit for Bobcat Crossing, student housing complex for FCC.
Construction began in early December 2017, with completion slated for the end of July. The student housing complex will open by fall 2018.
This complex is expected to house 23 people, and with the three buildings, they will house 63 students total.
The City of Fairfield has approved the TIF funding up to $147,000 to help with site preparation costs and expenses related to utilities for the structure.
