As of 11:00 am we are seeing temps in the 80s around the Tri-State area. Highs today will be in the mid to upper 80s with a few low 90s on the board. As a cold front approaches, increasing clouds and a few isolated showers can’t be ruled out. About 25-30% coverage for the showers and storms. We have a low severe threat for anything that does bubble up later this afternoon and into the evening.
Tonight overnight lows in the 60s, but once this cooler and drier air is in place, plan for below average temps into next week. Friday and Saturday we see plenty of sunshine with highs in the low 80s. (the average this time of year is around 88). By Sunday we see low 80s, but can see showers and storms begin to work into the Tri-State Sunday night with Scattered Showers on Monday.
